Returns & Refunds Policy
Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, we offer a “no questions asked” returns policy which allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason up to 30 days from the date of delivery of your Order.
We will issue a refund of the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding, where applicable, the original delivery charges and cash handling fees): (i) to your original payment method if you paid by payment card or PayPal or (ii) by issuing you a gift voucher which you can use on our Website only for orders paid for via our cash on delivery option. Please note that for technical reasons, in order to receive the refund gift voucher, customers who used the guest check out method on the purchase, will need to create a Website account and register their details with us so we can issue you with the gift voucher and link it to your account.
How do I return an item
Items can be returned using one of the following methods:
Log in to your account on the senoritaalico.com website and go to Orders
Click View or Manage
Click Return Item
Choose Pick up from Address:
1. Please select the item(s) from your order that you wish to return
2. Choose the reason for your return
3. Select your pick up address
Submit the Return Request
Once your return request has been approved, you should expect to see your refund (via the original payment method) in your account within 5 working days, please note some banks may take longer than 5 working days to process a refund payment. If you have not received your refund and it has been 15 working days since receiving confirmation that your return is processed, please contact our Customer Care Team, by emailing support@senoritaalico.com.
I’ve received wrong or damaged items
If you have received damaged items or the wrong items in your order, please contact us right away and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
